7h3: 2 Sen UPU Koban Hakodate Small Single Circle with P.&.T.O. / variety HAKODAT The handstamp with the missing 'e' in Hakodate was reported from January 30 1889 till March 27 1890. I guess it took so long to notice the error and then to get the correct handstamp, as show in the previous picture, delivered.
